This summer, the myth deepens. VIGILANTE RETURNS marks the next chapter in the evolution of critically acclaimed artist Constantine.., following a provocative artist residency at Virgin Hotels Edinburgh. The project unfolds as a rogue exhibition, immersive sound experience, underground short film screening, and the highly anticipated launch of Constantine..’s book, VIGILANTE RETURNS: Raw & Dirty.
Prepare for raw visual narratives, subversive portraiture, and the rise of a mythic anti-hero—born in Edinburgh, fuelled by unrest, and resurrected for a world on the brink.

A venue and production company dedicated to hosting and producing a diverse array of artistic and cultural events year-round, House of Zeus is deeply committed to fostering creativity and community engagement. Located within St Margaret's House in Edinburgh, our studio has been serving this purpose since August 2023, offering a dynamic space for artist talks, exhibitions, poetry readings, workshops, film screenings, and music performances, among other endeavours.

Never fear… the blank page
Discussing the concept of writer’s block and ways to combat it. Come and join Emily-Rose at the House of Zeus for a discussion of the oft-cited and curious phenomenon of writer’s block. Find out about different writers’ experiences of writer’s block, how they have defined it and ultimately combated it. Emily-Rose will guide you through an overview of the phenomenon; she will express her own views on and solutions to writer’s block from her time working in journalism and academia, as well as in her current writing projects: fiction, poetry, and writing for wellbeing. She will then offer solutions in a three-step process which she hopes will encourage and inspire other writers to overcome their own experiences of writer’s block. There will be a Q&;A session and plenty of opportunities for discussion in a welcoming and inclusive space with like-minded people. Come and join Emily-Rose to regain your power over the beast that kills creativity! Drinks and nibbles provided.
*NB This is also suitable for any creative person who may have experienced a plateau/creative block

'FLUXUS' Art Exhibition is officially announced with a reception day on Thursday the 18th of April 2024 at 6 pm, in Gallery 1, in St Margaret's House on the 3rd floor.
This is a collaborative art show between Constantine.. and the mesmerising Mr. Lynn Ahrens.
This exhibition focuses on the human figure in a way that has never been shown before. The two artists stretch the limits of imagination as they depict the human figure in an otherworldly way.
